I agree 100%.....sounds like we are getting close to that 90 million sale of the company but that is only my gut feeling......

This is for everyone posting on this thread... please only post facts. As stated above you can be liable to the company for anything you post... defamation is a serious charge and we will cooperate with any legal authorities who may come to us for information. You can say whatever you want to say on the Internet ... but just because you think you are anonymous on the Internet doesn't mean you are. All websites keep logs... if a subpoena or court order is issued, posters can be located and sued. Saying untrue things about people and companies does leave you open to legal action so please be very careful what you post and to post only facts you can back up.

Yes, we all take risks in life, but we don't need to rub it in anyone's face.

joefrancis, the skiing comment was to someone else who has since pulled their post off. Sorry for your confusion. Let me 1st say "significant return" would not at all apply to my situation, and most of what we got was from either Vinny or the measly 1% we get back as per the convertible debenture, although again, the payments have not been on time...ever. I have not put anything on this post site that wasn't true as to my situation. Fabulous, you have had a wonderful experience. Happy for you, honestly. But it seems like I have become the whipping post for you all who seem completely unable to hear anything other than praise for the company. I'm sorry my experience isn't pleasant to report, trust me, I'd much rather be spouting praises like you are. Nothing I have asked for has been unreasonable yet I am the "bad guy" for being upset when what I asked for isn't done. You all seem to think that pinning the downfall of this company on someone is an easy way to have someone keep their opinions to them selves. I can assure you that this form of intimidation is not appreciated. Please explain to me how I have been labeled the fire starter and the oxygen for denouncing Perma and Eric when all I have done was post actual facts as per my situation? Is my situation unprintable just because it isn't giving the company glowing praises? Was it me that started this whole post site? Were there not quite a few people way before my 1st posting saying unpleasant things about Eric and this whole situation? Yet here you are, blaming me for the woes of the company. Please don't try to pin all of the cases against Eric that are in court now on this site and on my comments also. If there has to be that much money held up because of current litigation against him, that sure looks like I am not the only one unhappy. So if you are quite done, I'd like to not have to defend my right to post my situation and to feel threatened by posting my issues. If anyone has had similar issues and would like to chat with me, please PM me, so we can discuss things without getting lamb basted.

Does anyone have any updates on the sale of Permapave?
Are the audits complete? Did it sell? I called and left messages numerous times and asked for a return call, but ...... most of us know how that goes.

I find it very strange that all of you so called investors have waited all this time with just promises of great things. It seems that all of you have been very patient with the fact that you have received next to nothing for all you have invested. At what point do you all assume that this is corrupt in some way? As much as I dislike Eric, I have to hand it to him for being able to keep your investments and give nothing in return. Some people would like to think that vinny was the only bad guy. Eric himself once told me that Vinny was just a name and he was the brains behind this whole investment deal. Seems to me that if eric is doing so well with his product in citifield and where ever else this product is, then maybe he should pay off the loans to the few investors who did not sign up for all this business building he is doing with money that is not his. Just a suggestion.

Spoke to the companies atty and CFO and once again confirmed that all of this is on the up and up with audited financials and contracts in place to end of all of this sooner than you think. I think you believe that this company begins and ends with Eric and it certainly does not. I have spoken to Eric many times and I highly doubt that Eric would say that he is the brains behind anything. He may have a checkered past, but he is extremely humble when it comes to his abilities. I have heard him say that the only reason why this company would be successful is due to the people that he surrounds himself with and not his own capabilities. I guess time will tell. Economy being where it is i give the company credit, not any one individual. Good or bad.

Hi There,

I haven't been on this forum in a long time and am just reading some of the posted messages. I find that FOOLED makes some very good points, we are all just sitting around, waiting for Eric to make good on his promises, and I think a big reason why is because no one knows what to do. If we go to the authorties then we could lose all chances of getting any money back and if we try to do a lawsuit, it is so costly, only the very rich seem to prevail, as Eric knows the legal system in and out (he has several open lawsuits agains him currently that can be researched in public records). My husband and I have researched our options fully and I believe we have come to a resolve about what course of action we are going to take, as FOOLED, you are right, standing around and waiting for nothing to happen, just doesn't seem make sense anymore.

As an update to the SAGA, from the latest we have heard, Eric has supposedly completed the financials (that have taken almost a year to do) this week, and is closing within a week or so. That being said, we received a very "troubling" letter from Permapave, stating that financials won't be done until the end of the second quarter of this year (which would be July) and they are still courting two potentional large investors for purchase of the company. So, who knows what to believe, a verbal from Eric that the audit is done and Permapave is sold, or a letter sent from Permapave's CFO that the audit won't be done until July.

For us, we are tired of getting different stories and different information.
