Jon, I would like to know which hedge fund that would be and who gave you that information.
Also, how much do you know about this hedge fund?

I sent you a PM and won't post that information, I can say I have talked to them several times and they are happy with there investment.

One more thing since my post no one out there has posted any fact surrounding this so called "scam" (that has not been mentioned)?

Seems strange.

After much thought we are no longer going to pursue this opportunity. In this economy there are better opportunities without the baggage.

Good Luck to All of You.

Having worked as a private investigator and being an expert on behaviorial science, I can offer two observations.

1) (removed by admin - we do not allow name calling on the board . . . if you can't play nice, go play in another sandbox)

2) Desktop123 would seem to be either: Eric A (being very careful to try to sound objective and distanced from this situation, another voice if you will) or an employee of Eric A's assigned to put out fires here.

in regards to the last post.......

I being an investor in the company notice 2 things......

1. with a name like supafly, you should keep your day job, clearly it is your opinion unrelated to the wellness of the compant and has no basis or merit on your comments;

2. please keep this thread for real, tangible observations since it affects the financial well being of many people.

send me a private message if you have anything real to discuss,,,,,,,,,,

The Fund is called ARKENEM they are based in Canada, this information comes from a Richard Mettach and Frank Desaro, my spelling may be off.

Good luck people, these kinds of people are not for me or my affiliates.

I am very interested in high risk high return investments, Can anyone give me a risk / reward information. I have heard great things and visited the web page. This looks like a home run green product to me.

Bunky, don't worry Eric will be in touch with you soon......if he hasn't been already.

What ever happened to the deal with the big box store or a buyout?

I did read it, nobody is claiming they lost. I am doing due diligence and all i can come up with is minor complaints, seems that investors are being paid am i wrong, are you pointing me in a specific direction?

I have learned that a great many posts about legitimate company's turn out to be people bitching, is that what this is.

did you lose$$ ??

thanks

I've just found this forum after checking out about Eric and his Permapave business. Does anyone know if there are factories in USA up and running, currently manufacturing products? If so, where are they located?
