Hi would anyone here know how the premapave product has been tested for sure toughness .and the end product been sticky and extremely brittle .

can only tell you of my experience & knowledge of other people i have talked to and there experience
i was was involved in one of his prior companies. Great salesman who bring a great product with a lot to show up front. Get all kinds of people invested No one never knows where all the money goes, he has many shell companies, nothing is in his name personally. i have known people who have tried to sue him with nothing to show for it. once you invest your money good luck trying to get it back, you will never be able to get in touch with him (can't wait by his doorstep - we all have life)
Contact anybody who invested in DASH, he he left a trail of destruction, closed overnight owing money to everyone. Since then i have met people who have invested with him on prior business
and always the same story. DON'T BE FOOLED - GET OUT !!!

I agree 100% with the last post....He is the greatest salesperson but try to get in touch with him when its time to get paid and you will use all the battery life in your cell phone. He always has a story as to why he can’t pay you. Then he will call you out of nowhere and make you feel like he is going to do the right thing just to keep you hanging on...But when its all said and done...Do not give Eric Aronson a single penny of your hard earned money. Look him up he spent 3 years in prison for securities fraud. That is why he cannot fund his operations with traditional avenues because it would never happen. Once he knows you have figured out how it works is when his game starts with you….He doesn’t answer the phone, He’s out of town, He’s celebrating the Jewish holiday, He has a family emergency….I feel sorry for him someday its all going to catch up to him….

Eric Aronson, was arrested on Sept. 12 after he allegedly withdrew funds from a mistakenly deposited $70,000 into his account by a Chase Manhattan Bank in New Hyde Park.In addition to his most recent run-in with the law, Aronson was indicted for criminal conspiracy of securities and wire fraud in connection to his role in the sale of shares in one of his companies in 1999. New to the site and am unfortunately one of the "private investors" of permapave, came in thru Vinny. Didn't see any recent postings in this month, does anyone have any new info that they have found.

Permapave office is on the move. Somewhere to Syossett.
Called the office a few times and left a message for a return call but haven't recieved one. Eric was either in a meeting or on the phone or a doctors appt. Lot's of excuses! This is starting to piss me off. And I'm seriously considering filing a compaint with the att'y gen. office or who ever may handle this sort of possible scam. Has anyone recieved payment other than the measly 4 so called interest payments that have since been stopped because of the debenture agreement that was kind of forced upon us to be signed without adequit time or money to have an attorney look it over. If this is a scam, he deserves to be in jail again with no family, no friends just Bubba to keep him company. His employees are just as guilty as he. If this is not a scam, I appolgize, But so far...I'm not convinced. Eric, Prove your sincerity. Pay what you owe. You claim to have sold more product in one sale recently than all of your sales last year. If that is true, you have the funds to pay everyone off. Do so, and make everyone eat their words. Myself included.

I have been involved since the beginning, check the posts, and I can't believe it is still going on. I have moved on and I would suggest that everyone else either does the same or takes the necessary actions to make themselves whole.

For what it's worth, I recently saw a company displaying a product that is very similar to Permapave. I believe it is called Xeripave. I don't know if there is any connection, but they say that their product and process stands up to all the claims. On a positive note, they have been in the hardscape business for almost twenty years. I physically inspected a paver and it looked nice and seemed very solid.

And when you say you've moved on, do you mean just forget about it and take it as a loss?

All I'm saying is that after all of the postings it really shouldn't be a surprise and YOU need to make the decision whether you will walk away, look at legal action or continue to hope. I unfortunately do not have the "right" answer for your situation.

1st...Xeripave is the westcoast permapave that's why the product looks the same....2nd we may all find out very soon if this is a scam or not (I think NOT) Buyers down from Canada to look into the purchase of Permapave 3rd It IS impossible to get anyone to call back...Eric's mailbox is full 4th New office is very large and very nice. 4th Eric has been having some medical problems and lastly Permapave is only one of 5 other teriffic products that Eric has....this guy is a genius and don't let anyone tell you differently....As I said, we should be finding out in a few days if the company has been actually sold. I will take my money and run......................

Permapave is on the run?????? finally someone said something right on this blog. They are on the run to the finish line and doing well from what i can see. They left an office that was "ok" and moved into a place that is twice the size and i found out that the rent was actually cheaper than what they were paying. I was asked by Eric to come to the office today to meet the people who are looking to take out the company for serious money. I actually got to speak to the fund manager and Eric excused himself so he could talk openly without his influence. I asked some pretty harsh questions and everything that the fund manager said was more or less in line with what has been represented to us from Eric. He did explain that he is looking to hold some money back from the closing due to websites like this which are making him a little nervous about liabilities and people claiming that they are looking to take legal action. I have met Eric several times and i can tell you that although I am not his biggest fan, i can say that he is a stand up guy trying his hardest to do the right thing. He is getting hit from all sides and he still shows up everyday working for the benefit of everyone else first and he says he is "last on line to get paid" ( i asked to see the payroll after i thought i finally caught him in a lie and he has not taken a paycheck in many months ). He inherited alot of crap from his old partner Vinny and from what i have seen with my own eyes is the money that Vinny took from the company and what Eric took from the company (the Auditing firm was in the office trying to complete the audited financials and I was able to take a peak since i asked for some proof). I also got a chance to see sonograms and hospital reports showing a clot in his leg ( DVT ), that went into his lung (pulmonary embolism..... look it up very serious). A year and a half ago, i was told that permapave was going to be in Shea stadium ( it is ), I was told about the back alleys in the city of Chicago, ( it is ) and others. I have read thru this thread of posts and i see alot of people cutting off there noses to spite their faces. I can unequivocally say that there is NO SCAM HERE that i can see and all of the haters and the negative people should take the time to be logical instead of emotional.

Hello all, I would like to welcome desktop 123 back to the conversation (joefrancismd). Sad that people need to present themselves as others in order to attempt to convince people that Eric is on the up and up. Lets all put our big people panties on and have an open discussion about the facts. Fact: we have requested the info you have been given for quite some time, yet you are able to just walk in, ask and receive. May I ask what you have done differently to get such special treatment? We cannot even get a straight answer, let alone visual proof. Please share with us how you did it, we are looking for ANY concrete proof of the sale. Thanks!
