Seems that people on this site do not know the difference between a scam and a company that is a start up and going thru growing pains with differences of opinions pertaining to the management of the company and the partners splitting up. After going to the office of the company on Thursday unexpectedly I asked to speak to Eric. He was not in the office. i did get to speak to some people there. I found out that he is looking to put all of the products in a new company to make sure that all of the lenders have a fair chance of not only getting their initial loan back, but to make a profit as well. It is interesting to read things on this blog from people who really are not forthright. For instance, I found out that one of the people on this site is a guy named Joe Damiano ( JoeRed ). He seems to be stirring the pot when after speaking to someone who is directly involved with the company told me that he has received most of his money back from the loan that he had given to the company. I also had the ability to see an agreement which is a letter of intent for a buyout of the company. Some Scam............. I only hope that people that go on this site realize that they are doing nothing more than trying to start fires with wet leaves. I am sure all of the lenders of the company would love to know that a couple of people who have nothing better to do than to write opinions about things they "think" are the case. not looking to start an argument or fight with anyone here on the site because this is a good place for the interest of people to see if they are potentially involved in something that could eventually hurt them. In the interest of keeping this blog on the up and up, why not arrange for a offline chat to see what is realistic with comparing notes and what is fantasy.

P.S. I read the book that Eric wrote, invested in the company without knowing it and I am still awaiting my return. However, Although I am not his biggest fan, i do understand that if he does not step up and take the responsibility of making this work..... I see unbelivable products not making it to market and no one winning except the attorneys.

Plakman, also for the record, when i spoke to them months ago, I was told there were a dozen or so emails literally hours after Eric signed the company over showing that he did not read them and he did it in error with attempting to fix the paperwork for months..... that does not sound like you can make that up and there should be documentation to support that........

Hopefully we will all come out ahead (or at least even) with this company...I'm a bit jaded because I got stung real bad on a company called Aqua Vie (it made flavored water)...The company turned out to be a gigantic scam....I was able to order the product over the internet btw....took yrs for the SEC to catch up with the owner Tom Gillespie who, at most got a slap on the wrist!!!!

My lawyer is currently looking into some paper work I rec'd from Eric's atty concerning a convertible debenture where Eric will take over responsibility for my loan to Vinnie.....

I guess decisions have to be made. I did not mention it earlier because it slipped my mind but in regards to Eric, I had dinner a few weeks back with two couples and someone was talking about a book that had something to do with the day you are born and the day you die. The conversation continued where Eric was the author, he did an infomercial with the guy from the love connection or something like that. Found out that the informercial did not do that well and that Eric made good on commitments that he said he would do. Point is that he said he was going to do something and he kept his word. If he says that he is going to do the right thing with the lenders of the company, then I have to give him the benefit of the doubt. I ordered his book and I am hoping that he does what he says he is going to do. Vinny from what I understand is also looking out for the lenders so let's hopefully laugh when this is all over.

Well i've said alot of stuff about eric and after meeting with eric and his attorney fred i feel that he is really trying to do the right thing. The fact of the matter is, he is the only one that has a plan in play. If eric makes this happen and sells this comp. and pays everyone back he is truly a man of his word...

Just heard another investor saw Eric today to bring the Convertible Debenture paperwork...Eric told him all is well and that they had a lot of suitors in place to buy the company....couldn't divulge who the buyer (or buyers) are....things are heating up....

I have recently been told the same info on a potential buyout soon. I would imagine that the issues with Vinnie and the VOC problems would have to be resolved prior to anyone making a commitment. Any updates from other lawyers reviewing the paperwork?

Little update, spoke to someone who is reliable with inside information at the company. They had seen video and pics of the show and said it was very impressive. They had a unbelievable show, won some type of award and sold product and a couple of plants. I heard that Eric is sending a status report out to all by 2-15. Lets see. i do not see scam here.

While I'm not trying to be a doubting Thomas, the good information is always speculative and seldom confirmed. I refer back to the buyout information as an example. This may not be a scam, but how about some concrete proof from someone that actual valid business is occuring.

Heard that Eric is preparing a monthly newsletter to let all investors know what is new and how the company is doing...heard the Vegas show was a big success...also know for a fact that most of the investors got the January 1% of total investment check....

I realize that today is a Holiday, but I have not heard any updates or received a newsletter. I heard more good things on activity at the show, but also that there are problems in supplying current projects.

I have personally dealt with Eric. I believe him to be a total liar. I know for a fact that he has lied to my friends face about his knowledge of the promissory notes. Eric told me he was the brains behind the product and Vinny was just a partner. I also feel that there is some kind of setup with these two (eric and vinny). I dont think Eric can tell the truth at all. Anyone who thinks that Eric is on the up and up is foolish. The percentages they were first offering were typical of a ponzi. And now ask people who have money in the company if they can get it back right now. The answer is a big fat NO. Never deal with people who are dishonest!!!! You will lose your money everytime. There seems to be a real product, too bad this guy Eric is behind it.

I got the Jan and Feb 1% interest checks....the newsletter really didn't say too much except that a couple of new factories were to be built (one in Canada)..yes, Eric has a shady past but it SEEMS that this is all on the up and up.....(way to prove it would be for the monthly checks to keep coming.....)
