It isn't unusual for scammers to get email addresses from job seeker websites. What kind of job were you looking for? If it wasn't in the banking industry why would a bank offer you the job? Also did they ask about any references, education or experience?
Nobody is going to just offer a job "out of the blue" to someone with no background in the industry without references and other details. Like russellj84 said, the job will likely consist of receiving and cashing money orders and checks then wiring the money by Western Union or Moneygram minus your fee. No bank would ask anyone to do that. They have no problems cashing checks and money orders themselves no matter where they are located.
After looking at the website I noticed that a bunch of pages came up with a 404 error. Looks a lot like someone copied the website of the real bank.
You can always send them a resume saying you earned your Associate in Accounting while doing ten years in prison for embezzlement. If you get the job after that you'll know it's a scam.
