Has anyone come across Tecnopanel FZE in Dubai offering loan with the client needing to transfer min 200k. The compliance officer is Rosemary Bushell from Ripon Yorkshire in UK. A client of mine has been offered a loan and i have reviewed the paperwork. Does anyone know if this is a scam or fraud. I spoke to another broker i know who has come across these people. He told me that Rosemary Bushell had taken money off people and come up with nothing but excuses. He says to stay clear but cannot be certain. Can anyone offer any more information abot this |

You haven't really given a lot of detal here, no websites, no contact details, no details of the solicitation. If you want a quality answer, you have to put in some details. The subject of internet based loans is very simple however... If you are asked to pay any type of fee in advance of getting a loan, it is a fraud, period. Never pay any fee whatsoever, if you do you have just been scammed. |
