I posted my ad, inorder to sell my house, @ a known website. A few days ago a pottential byer contacted me with the following message message start: Thanks for your reply and i do agree with the price of the property. I am very happy to heard that the property still available for me to buy and i want you to know that this give me more impression to buy the property. But i will like you to know if you are the owner or agent of the property. Also i will like to let you know that i am from Nigerian and a Member of Nigeria Government and i will like to know if you still have interest to sell the property to him. I will also like to let you know that i am currently in United Kingdom . Concerning the viewing of the property, i will not be able to visit the property and i have nobody that can come over there right now due to my status here in Nigeria because i want this transaction to be secretly and confidential. Since i have gone through the property information on the website i do like it. Due fact that i am working with Federal Government of Nigeria, i cannot also travel but i assure that i will buy the property with little information on the website. Finally, i will like to make all our conversation as secret and confidential. So kindly let me know if you can keep it secret and confidential. Then i will explain better for you on the transaction and how and where i can make the payment to you in Europe by Cash. I will be waiting for your reply end of message From what im reading here it is propably a hoax. if there is someone to conmfirm this so i can post the adresss phone and other details |
