K2 UNLIMITED, 211 Ventures, Diane Glatfelter and Bob Rice. These two companies are owned by Diane Glatfelter and Bob Rice is on the Board of both. They promise to provide funding for various different projects and businesses through the use of Bank Guarantee’s and Bonds. Over the course of the last year, they have taken deposits and retainers into the millions of dollars only to provide nothing in return. They have promised refunds and not given them. They simply take people’s money, provide a long list of excuses as to why there are delays in funding and it would seem that most of the time they are unable to provide any of the things that they have promised. It is imperative that these people are stopped and that as many people as possible learn about them so they can’t do this to anyone else.

She harmed me..not Financially but emotionally.
I found her via a business publication, this was a few years ago.

She promised and promised these clients would get funding for their projects...

Can't she and this Bob Rice be prosecuted?

You mean she NEVER FINANCED any client's project?

Diane would always have some kind of excuse or postponing tactic.
Once she just about promised me a deal was "in the process".
My referal fee would have be HUGE...needless to say...this never happened.

The emotional pain this caused me...was horrible.

Can i bring charges against her for emotional distress.
This was a few years ago?
