Don't use AAA Moving either!
A woman moved from Chicago to KY and got robbed. She paid $500.00 up front and was supposed to pay the rest after they showed up. They never showed up.

now that I have time to post more on this story, Don Spagenski with Ski's Transfer was supposed to move a mobile home that we purchased for my father-in-law. We had the date set for over a week. Don was also supposed to supply us with newer skirting for the home. Well, once the old skirting was removed he went back on his deal of getting us newer skirting and when we confronted him about it and said that we would stop payment on the check until we got this settled he told us to find a new mover . . . this was just 2 days before he was supposed to move the home! So like I said before, NEVER use Ski's Transfer and do not trust what Don Spagenski says. |

I just found another listing for the company owned by Don Spagenski on a list of mobile home movers in which the company is listed as Ski's Mobile Home Transfer Hopefully now when others are searching out information on him in the furture they will do a google search and find out that he is not worth dealing with. I have been told that he has done this same sort of thing to others . . . takes the skirting from a mobile home and sells it at the scrap yard, and then leaves the home owner with no skirting. |

I have also just had a disastrous dealing with Don Spagenski. I hired Don to move my furniture and rent some storage space and rental space at his home as advertised on Craigs list and a local paper. I witnessed the cutting of metal and being placed in a trailer for sale as mentioned by another person. I witnessed him moving my furniture to his garage and then stating he was going to have an Estate sale and move my furniture into his house. He began to have numerous strangers going through his house and the selling of his furniture which seemed to include everything including dishes. He scamed me for money for storage of which I paid 2 months although later it was clear he had no storage and that he was possibly going to sell my furniture. When I returned a day later with a Budget truck to retrieve my things for public storage he locked my flat screen TV in his bedroom and told others at the house to call the police when I came to get my furniture. I have called the police and he is well known to them. I witnessed the scam for money among others, friends and renters and coworkers. Company workers came to his house to be paid for work they had done months ago. I witnessed other very questionable activities during the day I picked up my furniture. I am thankful the only thing I lost was my TV. Ski's Transfer in Coon Rapids. Be very aware and google this |

I hope that if other people Google Don Spagenski or Ski's Transfer Inc they will find these posts and know that they should find another person to work with. |

for anyone interested in locating Don Spagenski He is the Manager of Lowry grove Trailor park at 2501 Lowry ave NE in Saint anthony apparently some of this stuff happened shortly after he took over management. I know matter of factly that hes carrying the same MO even at his own place of employment residence he lives in the first double wide on the left as you enter the park. He is a Thief and drug addict. we've witnessed hundreds of obvious drug buyers and prostitutes going in and out of his home at all hours of the night. http://www.pljrealty.com/Lowry-RV.htm |
