I belong to a couple of medical forums for patients. We recently had a member join whoose hubby has the same disease we all have. Hubby is now in bad shape, needed a lung transplant. She hasnt been on line cuz she at hospital w/ Hubby, but her family freind posts and tell us how they are. family friend is now talking about another "new" member who is sick and needs money and is now asking the froup to send money. I never felt right about the original poster and now that there has been a request for money....... I think its a scam.
I know people make up fake personna's who are suppost to be ill so they get attention. Thats who I thoght this woman was at first, but now that she has "disapearred" and her "freinds" are joining the group??????
meanwhile the hubby who is suppose to be "sick" has never been on line - only the wife, and she is on every day?????????????
