hey i was a seller on ioffer since last december. on my last transaction this guy had files a complaint and a hold on my paypal funds. i proved that he had recieved the merchandise that he had perchased along with replacement ones. this was all proven. well all of a sudden ioffer and paypal had refunded him his money and suspened my account. come to find out him and a couple of his friends have all ordered from me and they are all doing the same thing to me. so they are getting the merchandise and their refund. i have called and explained this to paypal and ioffer wont return my emails. come to find out this person has done this to many people. anyone has any suggestions on how to settle this? i am out of amost $1000 dollors due to these fruad buyers.
