Right I'm having a good moan. Since nobody wants to here me rant in the real world, I'm gonna do it here.
Ok I orderd a gift from these guys above and the total was just above £70 or if you put it to usd its $130, I specified 1st class post and was expecting a delivery within 2 days or so (I'm in the UK btw), but a week has passed. Obviously I'm getting worried at this stage. Its the first time I ordered from that particular website. I've ordered loads of the internet so thought nothing of it. As the days passed it became more apparent that it could be a badly run company.
I've tried phoning more than a dozen times to the customer service line, each time its averaging 5 mins but nobody answers, really frustrating. I've e-mailed several times as well but no reply.
Now I've phoned up my credit card company and asked if a payment has been made to them, And what a surprise it has.
So I've explained to my credit card company my situation and am now in the process of the credit card company doing there investigation. They said it will take approximately 4-8 weeks.
The website looked repitable enough.
Just goes to show, don't be fooled by a professionally designed site. Always make sure the company is real. I'm finding that out the hard at the mo. And only stick to websites that are popular and read reviews on them.
