I have not but their are a couple of things you can do to protect yourself.

I would first ask if they would accept escrow.com payments.

If they won't then I would ask if you could start with a small order 1 or 2 bags.

You can also ask for business references.

WHOIS.COM is always a reliable site. If you goggle somethings in their site such as their domain site or company name you can find out things that people have posted on other sites.

I have also been searching for credible sites. One thing that I have been doing is putting known scam sites into WHOIS.com and comparing the info. to sites that I want to use. Sometimes the same info comes up and BEWARE!!!! if it does.
