Hi I am new here and would GREATLY appreciate any help.

I thought I was buying a puppy from a guy in Cameroon for $500.00
Canadian. then he needed another $200 for shipping. I then get an email from petair saying to call the director of petair as there is a problem.
$3000.00 later the (director) tells me its a scam and wants me to participate saying we'll be rich in no time.
I reported this to phonebusters but have not heard anything back.
is there any other action I can take. I have all the western union reciepts and emails.
