I'm a victim of a boiler room scam (naive and stupid at the time...I know). The company that took my money for worthless shares was called Goldmill Wagner Associates. They don't exist anymore. The crooks are now called Eaton Capital Americas (in Guatemala). They don't send me my share certificates, even though I asked for them. I know they are pretty much worthless, but I still would like to have what I paid for and don't depend on criminals to sell them (if I ever get to that). What can I do? How do I proceed? There sth called AFFIDAVIT OF MISSING STOCK CERTIFICATE but what do I have to do and whom do I send it to?
