While I do not know who Marlon Wortham or Andrew Tammar are, I can tell you that James Spurger is a retired Lt. Col USAF who served this country with distinction for many years. I can also tell you that Case No 4:07-cv-04518 was heard in the U.S. District Court (Southern District of Texas)

Belva Woods was Marlon Worthams secretary and placed the money people sent into his bank account. He charged $300 dollars each for tolkens or zcash for his "millionaire housing" scam he ran off of Incredible Concepts website. He also hoodwinked Ben Young because Incredible concepts only charged $50 dollars for tolkens. A con conning a con how funny.
Where did the other $250 dollars go?
Hmmm well Belva Woods said Marlon Wortham was living quite the oppulent life style.
he even bought a mink coat for his wife.
All under the guise of raising money for Pastors to build Churches.
Yes the Worthams another fake group where they bought $100 dollar Pastor certificates off the internet.
Andrew Tammar conned people into signing up for it. He is such a nasty piece of work he even lied to a poor African Immigrant Church and promised them a Church building.
Lying should be Mr Tammars middle name. Yup what a great Chaplin.
Oh and where in the bible does it say to call people pond scum and to be abusive?????
Oh and there are 3 SEC's involved with this so it should be interesting what is going to happen.

In Canada the same con that was simular to " Millionaire Housing Association"
is called "Financial Hope". They use all the same con lines and act and quote scripture.
Christians are more vulnerable because they are trusting.
James Spurger is good buddies with the man who runs it his name is
Gary Holmes

Belva Woods was involved with Jewel Robbins Project
http://www.topix.com/forum/city/paris-k ... M3OQR/p844
according to Belva Woods Andrew Tammar received cutbacks up to 10 percent for every person he brought into " Millionaire Housing Association"
Belva Woods when asked about also stated that Andrew Tammar was more than just a business associate he was personal friends with Marlon Wortham who ran the scam off of " Incredible Concepts".
All of these people have robbed and stolen from Christians some have lost huge sums of money and houses and need to be held accountable.

U.S. SECURITIES AND EXHANGE COMMISSION

Litigation Release No. 21908 / March 30, 2011

SEC v. Navigators International Management Co., Ltd., James R. Spurger and Benjamin W. Young, Jr., Case No.07-cv-04518 (S.D. Texas)

COURT ENTERS FINAL JUDGMENTS BY CONSENT AGAINST TWO DEFENDANTS IN FRAUDULENT BOND FUNDING SCHEME.

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced today that on March 28, 2011, the Honorable Nancy F. Atlas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas entered two final judgments in a civil action involving Navigators International Management Co., Ltd., a Bahamian corporation. Navigators, without admitting or denying the Commission's allegations, consented to entry of a Final Judgment that (i) enjoins it from violating Sections 5 and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 (Securities Act), and Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, and (ii) finds the corporation liable for payment of $45,000 under Securities Act Section 20(d) and Exchange Act Section 21(d)(3). James R. Spurger, the company's former president, without admitting or denying the Commission's allegations, consented to entry of a Final Judgment that (i) enjoins him from violating Securities Act Sections 5 and 17(a), and Exchange Act Sections 10(b) and 15(a), and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, and (ii) finds him liable for payment of $25,000 under Securities Act Section 20(d) and Exchange Act Section 21(d)(3).

According to the Commission's complaint, Navigators, its officers, and persons acting on their behalf, solicited investors to participate in an unregistered and fraudulent bond funding program. Investors were promised returns of 67% or more and were assured that their principal was safe and collateralized. The complaint alleged that investors' funds were not safe and collateralized and that none of the investors received a return of principal or payment of the promised profits.

The litigation against Benjamin R. Young, the remaining defendant named in the complaint, is continuing.
