 Post subject: ioffer wanted my email password

Yesterday, I signed up for ioffer. During the process it asked me for my email password. I didn't give it but what would they need my password for if only to rip me off. So possibly the administrators of ioffer are crooks too! I didn't give out my password but I plan to change anyway. Thanks for the heads up about them.

Hey Sandra!

In order to register for iOffer, we do not request your personal email password. You would have had to create a password for your new iOffer account, but that would be it.

If any site is asking for your personal email password, that's a huge red flag that you are being phished by someone else. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service via twitter @iOffer_help or helpdesk@ioffer.com.
