Hi there, I require require help finding birth records in Romania, and it would be much appreciated if someone could please assist? I have been developing a relationship with a woman in Romania for 3 months now, who I met on a social networking website, and although she's not asked for money yet, I'm thinking that she could be setting me up, maybe for a long term marriage scam. She has said she doesn't have any children, but from what she's said I suspect her to have one. To catch her out, I want to be able to find out the truth about whether she has children or not. I have tried researching this through Google, and it appears these records should be accessible to the public on a Romanian government website: Quote: All Romanian institutions are legally required to provide access to their ... for Romanian citizens, such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, ( http://www.epractice.eu/document/3458 ), but I cannot find how to do it.I know her full name, date of birth and city location and the approximate age of the child, so was thinking that it shouldn't be too difficult to find out, but would greatly appreciate some help on this.
