Dear Sir,
Today we have deliberated on the matter. We rather agreed that you should
come physically here, in Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia, and sign some relevant
documents.

This will surely eliminate the payment of the charges and consequently
your prompt payment will immediately take effect without further delay.

Based on this you should now notify us your arrival date within the next
ten days to enable us book an appointment with you. Although there is
Chinese Lunar New Year Holidays but we will be available to attend to
your matter in Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia.

Therefore indicate your arrival date as we expect to receive a copy of
your flight schedule soon.

We wish to conclude so as to close your file with the Federal Republic of
Nigeria which has been outstanding for quite sometime now. It is
important for us so that we update our records and report back to our
superiors.

Awaiting your urgent response.

Best regards,

Dr. Douglas Owoh
