some random person from africa emailed me said they found me and want to talk im like how did you find me, through facebook? they didnt answer that question but they went into detail about their life which was trajic i felt bad said if i got a credit card i could send u a small amount of money if u need it for food and sent a pic and my first name and where i lived but not my address just my town name, but no full name, or adress or anything worse then the next email said something about 7.5 million dollars in an account so i figured this made no sense and i found this site so i sent an email saying i am 18 i don't know how to deal with that please don't send anything, and if you want to chat with me fine but that is it no finanical transactions or meeting or anything and i plan to ignore future emails from this person gave up first name, town and state, and picture no full name, full adress, or anything more private am i in danger or anything or have i saved myself before i got potentially scammed |

You are fine. The only thing I would do is change your Facebook stuff so it is more private (i.e. pics only viewable by friends, actually make your entire profile viewable by friends only). You are safe from being scammed. |
