So today I got an email from some auction site called bidz.com congratulating me on winning a auction. I checked them out online and they sound like bad news. Anyway, here's the email: Dear iwantsome123, You are the WINNER of a Bidz.com Auction! Listing # a_13891367 Listing Description: Darling Earrings With Genuine Garnets in Solid Yellow Gold Winning Bid (Your Price): $4.00 USD American Dollars Your Credit Card will not be charged automatically. Bidz.com is a legitimate online auction site. I would contact them and let them know about this so that if an auction was indeed bid on using your credit card, they'll put a flag on the account and close it so that it can no longer be used. I would also call your credit card companies to activate a flaud alert. They will most likely recommend that you cancel your cards and send you new ones. |
