Windy its nice to meet you and welcome to the board. I too am a victim like others here, I have seen the dark side, it isnt just the banks that think they can do as they please, law enforcement in many cases do too, by charging the victim with a crime they did not commit and not investigating the cases properly.
What you all are doing over on 419eater is wonderful , keep up the good work. I have taken my pent up anger and frustration and turned it into massive research and helping other victims with another organization as well as here. Its no longer a matter with me to be upset and victimized , I refuse to allow this to happen to others and will now do all I can to prevent it. Though I do not have time to bait , I do once and a while pop over to get a good laugh, you all are masters in my opinion.
The problem is that by these people whether it be a bank or law enforcement charging a victim with a crime, the bottom line is they are "unwittingly aiding in the furtherance of a crime"- the reason I say this is because when there is a refusal to do due dilligence or a refusal to properly investigate these crimes and come to the REAL truth, the REAL criminal is allowed to roam free, without fear of being apprehended, they are being allowed to continue on with the vary activity that is causing others so much pain and grief and robbing innocent of hard earned money.
