I am a victim of a counterfeit check scam here in Georgia. As a result of this I have a large overdraft on my bank account and I am facing the same legal conundrums as other posters. I am interested in knowing the right way to navigate the legal landscape here. If anybody has any Georgia-specific advice in dealing with this sort of thing, I would really like to know. |
