I am a victim of the counterfeit check and stolen check scam. My bank was Suntrust Bank. Have any other victims dealt with Suntrust?

I am an account holder with Suntrust, of all the banks they are more understanding when it comes to ID theft and Counterfeit Check Scams, you have to take clear proof in of what happened , the fact remains that you will have to pay back what is owed, there is no two ways about that, but they do not get as nasty as some do.
